How do I send my artwork/logo?

You can upload your artwork on this web site when selecting your product, there is a button on each product page for artwork upload.  You can also email it to me at addie.barnes@indoff.com  

What artwork formats do you accept for my order?

Camera-ready artwork is vector-based artwork in one of the following formats: Adobe Illustrator, EPS, or PDF.  All text must be converted to outlines.  We can also clean existing artwork in the following formats: jpeg, bitmap, tiff or gif.  Artwork charges may apply depending on the complexity of your artwork.  We can create a logo or event-specific artwork for you at a nominal charge of $20/hour. 

Overview of the order process

Once you’ve selected the product(s) you would like to order, simply follow the instructions on each screen of the order process.  First, you’ll be selecting item color and imprint color and location, you can upload your artwork at this time and then you will be selecting your quantity.   

After you’ve completed these steps, you will proceed to checkout.  You will add your method of payment (Master-Card, Visa or American Express) and billing/shipping address information.  Your order is placed and ready for production! 

I will carefully review your order BEFORE it is produced.  You will receive an Order Acknowledgement showing all details of your order and a paper proof of you artwork for review and approval before we begin production...  we will verify the item(s) being ordered, product color, quantity, price, and the imprint size, color and location.  If anything needs to be clarified, you will be contacted.   

Delivery Options

Most orders ship by ground service.  We use UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and a variety of truck lines.  Please let me know your event date and I will make every effort to deliver via ground service before your event.  In some cases, upgraded shipping charges will be necessary to meet your event date.   I will contact you with any concerns about meeting your event and will always let you know the cost of upgraded shipping should it be necessary.   

Over and Under Runs

Industry standards of +/- 10% apply on all orders.  You can specify NO OVERS and/or NO UNDERS, however additional charges will apply. 

Rush Services

Rush services are available on most products.  Let me know your event date and I will make every effort to deliver before your event.  Rush services require additional cost, and I will contact you with all options available to you to meet your event date.  The choice will be yours to proceed with rush charges, upgraded shipping, or to continue with the standard production time and ground shipping.
